About the house
Villa Meditation is a warm one-storey home in Orahovac with a fenced green garden. There is greenery all around, and every window opens toward the Bay of Kotor and the mountains.
The 110 m² house was built for family life, not as a standard rental unit, so it has many practical details planned for calm, comfortable stays.
Inside there is a spacious 35 m² kitchen-living room with a panoramic window, a German Nolte kitchen, quality appliances, and everything needed to live without the feeling of temporary accommodation.
A private road begins at the plot, so almost nobody walks or drives past the house. At the same time, beaches, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront are still within walking distance.
