The villa is located at the Avlida Beach (Faros Avlidas) in the beautiful island of Evia (Euboea). It’s just 40 minutes away from the city of Athens and 50 minutes from the Athens international airport. Very easy access from the Airport of Athens by car or by suburban train (Athens central). The suburban train makes a stop as usual at the homonymous area (Avlida). The villa is 800 meters from the railway station Avlida (one station before Chalcis) and only 8 minutes before Chalcis city. Very quiet place to enjoy your stay. Extremely suitable for families or couples.

The villa is entirely suitable for MEDITATION (Walking Meditation, Guided Meditation, Yoga, Zazen, Visualization, Chanting or Mantra) or RURAL TOURISM (cooking fresh bread at the traditional oven in the garden or picking red grapes for wine production).
The villa consists of 3 levels, 238 sq.m. total and is located on a plot of 2054 sq.m. containing a barbecue area, a traditional oven in the garden, 150 vienyards, 14 fruit trees and 50 olive trees. The villa combines Oriental architecture with London elegance. The magnificent tile and exterior marble paneling offers a special noble character to the whole property. The villa is only 800 meters by the sea. It has a stunning anti- seismic shield. The property contains fireplace, security doors, double glazing and screens. The whole villa is surrounded by an unforgettable view to the sea. And also the entire experience of UNIVERSE is obviously developed during the sunlights or sunsets.

Extra large balcony in front 27 sq.m. with stunning sea views, large rear balcony 18 sq.m. with lovely view to the Greek land.

Includes 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 WC and one bathroom. Extra large balcony in front 27 sq. m. with spectacular aerial view of the Euboean Bay. Large rear balcony 18 sq.m. with views of the beautiful sunsets and Greek land.
Level 2 and 3 are connected by an internal marble staircase.
A few words about the area: the whole area is beautiful and quiet. Residents are hospitable, kind, love the sea and the land. Avlida Beach has the so important Aulis archaeological museum, schools, private health center, supermarkets, restaurants, disco and cafe. All of them and also the Chalcis’ hospital is just a short walk from the villa. Avlida belongs to the municipality of Chalcis.
